i'm SO proud of draco for making his decision and not reneg on it when things got bad. he must be so devestated, my heart's breaking for him.

harry catching him as he collapsed is a beautiful touch. i look forward to next chapter and seeing his view of the altercation. i dunno if you've had him learn french, or if perhaps he's got a translating spell? i'd love it if he understood the whole thing, tho there's a lot that could happen even if he didn't.
