Yeah me too! I read it because I kind of have to, it is my comm after all but I don't end up leaving reviews because I don't want to lie! *snorts* My friend and I came up with a system to do it though! LOL Whenever we come across a fic like this esp. if we know the person is waiting for feedback from us (it happens quite a lot) *grumbles* We say something along the lines of...
That was so tragic! I could see the effort you put in this!

OMG! *falls over laughing* Reading that would just be...painful. Why would they torture you in that manner? LOL I hate how OOC people make the characters in fics. That's got to be the biggest squick I have. Like as you said MPREG! Draco! Or emo! Harry or Crying! Draco. *shudders*

Lol. Mpreg was my crack back in highschool and suddenly, it just became my squick--I thought, it's so unnatural for two boys to procreate--does defeat the purpose of slash, doesn't it? Anyhow, I guess when I came back to the HP fandom, I realised--holy shit, there are actually quite a few remarkable H/D Mpregs (The likes of Genesis by hanfics, Eutychides, Pending, and whatnot).

You're half Chinese/Spanish? That's wicked! I'm half Chinese/English! It's quite funny since I live in the Philippines and my dad is pure Chinese and my mum is half English, half German.

Anyhow, lol, you're not bugging you--as much as I enjoy reading fics, I also quite enjoy striking a conversation with authors--the brains behind great stories. Lol.

OMFG Are you kidding me? This is like freaky! I used to live in the Philippines! I spent some of my childhood there when my dad was working there. We tend to travel a lot which is why he's in Japan right now and I'm in the US. lol

Wow, you used to live here? I was born here and then we migrated upstate for about a year and a half before they decided to relocate to Philippines once again (since primary business source and whatnot is located there). Since my dad expanded his business to China, I get to travel back and forth--I spent an entire year in Taiwan three years ago and then an entire year in China two years ago. Since I started attending university, I was given the choice to pursue it in China or the Philippines. Seeing as I'm not exactly fluent with Chinese Mandarin, I decided to opt for the Philippines--great people, great accommodations, not to mention, they speak good english. Lol.

Hypothetically, it won't be a year until we go back to America once again. Lol.

Ahh Japan, I wish I were there (more boy love, wheee!).

Cool! I love travelling! I've never been to China or Taiwan but my dad says its lovely...esp the shopping! LOL. Do you speak Tagalog then? I only spent my highschool years in the Philippines. I moved around a lot and I lived a bit in Spain before. And yes I loved it there! People are so nice and friendly. The shopping malls are the best ever! That's probably what I miss the most! LOL

And yeah Japan, my sister leaving to spend the summer there *kicks her* The lucky bitch! LOL And since you're new to my LJ. Let me point out some of my favorite angst I've written to get you started :) I know I have a lot and some are better than others! Good bye, Tilt, Unrequited Those are probably my top 3 favorite ones! lol

Lol, well, I've realised that I haven't joined H/D angst yet so... *adds it up*

There, maybe I can go back to writing (once my effing schedule eases up).

Umm no, I can't speak Tagalog *looks shameful*. I try to, but people go: "Dude, that's creepy."

So I end up just shutting up and speaking in English--sad thing is, I'm of Dual citizenship (Phil-Am, seeing as you can't be a British citizen but merely a resident) and is required to take Filipino linguistic/history courses. I was tearing up literally just getting through a 5 verse poem.

Thank Fuck the teacher took pity and went: "I'll grade you for your thoughts seeing as you're obviously going to fail if I'm going to grade you by your capability in Filipino grammar construction."

Lol. He was the best teacher I had and he gave me a B+ (considering I answered my tests in English and had each verse translated). Lol.

Lol Don't worry, luv. I can't speak or read it either! I can understand it fairly well but my accent kills it whenever I try speaking it so I don't! LOL We're on the same boat there, dear!
